Glenmoor Country Club is a family-oriented private club and golf course centrally located in Cherry Hills Village, just east of I-25 on Belleview Avenue. We anticipate a busy and exciting summer season at our pool and are seeking several energetic team members to join our Food & Beverage team.

This seasonal position, beginning in late May and winding down in September, focuses primarily on taking and delivering food and beverage orders, interacting with members and guests, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool and patio environment. This may be considered an entry-level opportunity, and students are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Glenmoor Country Club is a non-tipping facility. Team members are compensated through hourly wages and applicable service charge distribution programs rather than discretionary gratuities. Employees are not permitted to solicit or accept discretionary tips or gratuities from members or guests.

Please note that Glenmoor is currently undergoing a clubhouse renovation. During this time, team members may work in and around temporary facilities and outdoor service areas as we continue to deliver a high-quality member experience.

This seasonal position may require weekend and holiday availability and offers the following benefits:

• Sick pay up to 48 hours annually, accrued based on hours worked
• 401(k) plan with employer match when eligibility requirements are met
• Premium pay for worked holidays

This position is classified as Non-Exempt. Hourly wage is $15.79 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable service charge distributions based on business needs and club practices.

Requirements

Member Service

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner while providing exceptional service.
• Order Management
  Take food and beverage orders on the pool deck utilizing Club Essentials POS systems and mobile ordering devices. Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Food Delivery & Maintenance
  Deliver food and beverages from the Cabana Grill and maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, tables, and service areas.
• Team Support & Closing Duties
  Assist with dishwashing, stocking, cleaning, and nightly side work duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
