Typically in nontraditional settings, the company’s locations in Indianapolis include the IU Health Campus; Eli Lilly Campus; Indiana Government Center; and the Indianapolis Airport. One of the company’s more recent locations is at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital, where the company began operations in 1992 with its first Caffe Connection coffee bar. The firm is a certified DBE/WBE in the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana. CC Holdings understands the unique demands and circumstances of the customer in the non-traditional location. Our concepts and service formats enable us to provide speed of service to the time sensitive guest. Our products are competitively priced. Our menu is varied and continues to attract repeat customers day after day, and sometimes multiple times a day.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the  Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

  • Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
  • 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

TARGET START DATE

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

  • Becomes proficient in all café operations, including sandwiches, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep work 
  • Demonstrates sound business decision-making skills during uncertain or high-pressure situations 
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills 
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality 
  • Capable of managing a team of 20+ employees 
  • Experience with product ordering, food cost management, setting pars, and inventory counts 
  • Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency 
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Supports daily shift execution and operational flow 
  • Coaches and develops hourly team members 
  • Handles guest concerns and resolves customer issues professionally 
  • Assists with inventory management and product ordering 

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry 
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
