Job Responsibilities:
- Advise on HR policies and assist in implementing HR procedures and processes.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support career development initiatives and provide guidance on training opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Conduct salary administration tasks, including market analysis and compensation recommendations.
- Provide advice to managers on wage structures and compensation-related queries.
- Advise line managers on personnel procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve HR functions and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
