Fox Lexus is looking for a dependable Service Porter to support our Service Department and provide a great first impression for our guests. If you enjoy staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a fast-paced team, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the automotive industry 

What You’ll Do

As a Service Porter, you play an important role in keeping the service drive running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day may include:

• Welcoming customers and escorting them to the appropriate service team member
• Parking vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles for customers
• Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and free of congestion
• Communicating with Service Advisors or Managers when customers are waiting
• Following all dealership policies related to vehicle care and safety
• Assisting with moving inoperable vehicles as directed
• Reporting any vehicle damage immediately to management
• Supporting cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service department
• Assisting with washing company or customer vehicles as needed
• Helping with other service-related tasks to support team operations

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical & Work Environment

• Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure to weather conditions
