About the Role

Description

Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Management Analyst I to support our prospective client within the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). CSOSA has multiple locations in Washington, DC, and this position will be performed on-site, full-time at one of their locations. This position is contingent upon the award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain, gather, and compile records of organizational and workflow charts, staffing levels, mission and function statements, program resource use and availability, and internal audit reports;
  • Review reorganization requests, performance and management indicator reports, suggestions for program improvements, and other similar management and program analysis documents for appropriate format, distribution, and inclusion of required information and explain reporting procedures and requirements to operating officials;
  • Compile and distribute reports on proposed program goals, budgets, staff levels, and performance criteria to operating officials for review and comment;
  • Make and verify routine calculations such as standard cost estimates, production rates, staff hours, and workload figures; or Prepare charts, graphs, and narrative information for management or program analysis reports from material provided by higher-level employees.


Requirements

Job Requirements and Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Expert Excel & Visio), Data Entry.
  • Basic Cost-Benefit Analysis, Workload Modeling, Budget Tracking.
  • Interpersonal communication, Technical Writing, Conflict Resolution.
  • Familiarity with Federal Government reporting cycles and hierarchies.

ADA Requirements

  • Operate a PC and phone in an office environment.
  • Work in a primarily sedentary position. 
  • Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required.
  • Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.
