Position Overview

Germantown Cricket Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Poolside Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool environment for our members and guests.

This role is critical to ensuring a high-quality member experience throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all poolside bathrooms consistently throughout the day
Monitor and maintain pool deck cleanliness
Manage full towel operations, including:
- Washing, drying, folding, and restocking
- Transporting used towels to the laundry area
Ensure clean towels are fully stocked and available at all times
Remove trash from the pool deck and surrounding areas
Conduct hourly walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of wet towels
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
Comfortable working in heat and active environments

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Dependable and punctual
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
