About the Role

General Services Specialist || Contract || Onsite- Orlando, FL.

Local candidate of Florida state required.

Interview: Onsite.

Rate: $15/hr.

Responsibilities:

Manage PPE, DSNAP inventory, and distribution systems.

Maintain state vehicles, ERVs, trailers, and submit monthly vehicle logs.

Support facility operations, office moves, furniture setup, and warehouse organization.

Manage keys, keycards, and maintain access control logs for multiple sites.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and facility standards.

Coordinate disposal and transfer of surplus furniture, materials, and IT equipment.

Assist IT teams with equipment relocation and large-scale office moves.

Install office equipment such as whiteboards, corkboards, and pictures.

Monitor facility operations including lighting, AC, and overall workplace readiness.

Support disaster preparedness and recovery efforts during hurricanes or emergencies.

Ensure all worksites are free of safety hazards before leaving the location.

Order supplies and coordinate purchase orders in compliance with state procedures.

Provide professional support and communication across regional office locations.
