Job Description

• Support pricing, forecasting and revenue optimization strategies for both hotels.

• Monitor market trends and business performance through data analysis and reporting.

• Optimize distribution channels and segmentation mix.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams.

• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Revenue Management, preferably in luxury or upscale hospitality.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of distribution, pricing and forecasting strategies.

• Comfortable using systems such as Opera, IDeaS, Channel Managers or BI tools.

• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in multicultural teams.
