Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients while creating a warm and friendly first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow efficiently
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and patient inquiries professionally and promptly
- Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software and insurance verification preferred
