Seed to Table is a two-story grocery store in Naples, Florida selling farm-fresh produce from Oakes Farms. Job Summary:

A Hospitality Cashier plays a major role and is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, providing assistance, and responding to customer concerns. They are also responsible for managing customer transactions and maintaining checkout areas.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, providing assistance, and responding to customer concerns.
Guarantees that customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately.
Ensures that the checkout areas are clean, safe, and organized.
Must be knowledgeable in the various types of products carried in the store.
Expected to meet all work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
Utilizes and maintains equipment as required by the department; reports any equipment problems immediately.
Taking accurate customer food orders.
Effectively communicates our process for tableside food delivery.

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years or older.
Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable moving around the store to assist with tasks as needed.
Proficient in handling transactions and counting cash accurately.
Clear vision and hearing to ensure transactions are accurate and customers are heard in a busy atmosphere.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when needed.
Handle fresh ingredients without issues.
Comfortable working in various temperatures.
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Follow safety rules and ask for help.
