Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Float


We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team as a Float Nurse/Medical Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various departments, providing essential patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care and support across multiple departments as needed

- Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation

- Support physicians and nursing staff with clinical procedures

- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records

- Follow all infection control and safety protocols

- Adapt to changing schedules and departmental needs efficiently


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license or CMA certification

- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations as needed
