Inline Filling Systems is a leader in the industrial food processing and packaging equipment industry, designing and manufacturing world-class liquid filling machines for customers across a wide range of industries. As a division of Midera Food Processing Inc. (formerly Middleby Food Processing), we are known for innovation, quality, and operational excellence.


Inline Filling Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to manage and support all HR functions at our Palmetto, Florida facility. This role supports the full scope of human resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and safety program support.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who can balance day-to-day execution with opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives—partnering with leadership while independently managing HR activities and serving as a trusted resource for employees.


This is an on-site role supporting a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, recommend, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures including benefits administration, leave of absence management, workers' compensation, and OSHA recordkeeping compliance.
  • Process payroll and administer compensation and benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement plans, while responding to employee inquiries.
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to resolve employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and coaching for underperformance in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment and build positive employee relations.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for the facility, including job postings, interviews, selections, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Identify and address training needs within the organization; coordinate with departmental managers and facilitate training sessions on topics such as safety, compliance, and leadership development.
  • Support and help drive change management initiatives to improve processes and support organizational needs. 
  • Analyze compensation data and HR metrics to ensure competitive pay and benefits; maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Act as the primary HR resource for the site, supporting employees and leadership across all HR-related matters.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Payroll experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working within an HRIS; Paylocity experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience conducting employee relations investigations and resolving workplace issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a plus.
