Primary Purpose
The EVS Attendant is responsible for performing cleaning duties, as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor, throughout the property.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service and exceed guest expectations.
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas.
Required for All Jobs
- Performs other job-related duties as requested.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED - Preferred
Work Experience
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience General cleaning or customer-facing experience - Required
Additional Requirements
General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
