Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Atlanta market. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting the overall profitability of our production and distribution operations.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with strong CRM experience, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a proven track record in generating leads and expanding regional markets. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned Tennessee territory
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and self-driven lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize CRM systems to track pipeline activity, sales performance, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with production and distribution teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify market opportunities and support regional expansion efforts
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Travel throughout the state to meet clients and support business growth

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development
- Strong CRM experience and pipeline management skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a high-performance, results-driven mindset
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license
