About the Role

Description

Job Title: Pipes/Mixer

Reports To: Department Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt


3rd Shift

Hours: Sunday 8:00pm-6:30am, Monday-Thursday 10:30pm-7:00am

Overtime required based on production need.


$17.00/hour



Cleans production rooms and equipment by performing the following duties:

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cleans, inspects, disassembles and sanitizes mixing tanks, kettles, hold tanks, pick system, pumps, drains, pipes, and other various equipment. 
  • Operate scissor lift. 
  • Work in hot, cold, and wet environments.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 

 

Language Skills

Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. 

 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. 

 

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
